Nov 21st, 2011: GCOM Hires Bob Clark as Senior Vice-President (IT Services). Bob has served in the public sector for 41 years. Most recently he has been the IT Director at NYS Department of Labor. He holds MS and BS degrees in Computer Science from UNION College. He brings a wealth of technical and administrative knowledge to GCOM.
