Mr. Girish Bhatia, a serial entrepreneur, is the President & CEO of GCOM Software, Inc. In 1989 he started A & G Software where he was instrumental in providing IT services to enterprise banking clients (Bank of America, First National Bank of Chicago, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco). He formed a joint venture with Rapid Application Developers (RAD Systems) in 1997 to enter the Public Sector Vertical serving the State of New York Agencies. Under his leadership, the company excelled in creating mission critical, distributed applications for various state and commercial enterprises. The exponential growth of RAD systems was recognized in 2001 by the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce, which recognized the company with the prestigious "Small Business of the Year" award. RAD was acquired by the 7th largest independent IT services provider in North America (NYSE-GIB www.cgi.com) in 2002. Mr. Bhatia stayed on with CGI and was promoted to manage the offshore arm of CGI’s operations in India. He served as the CEO of CGI India Private Limited for the next 2 years. Mr. Bhatia earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from V.J.T.I Bombay and Masters Degree from I.I.T Bombay (a world renowned engineering college). He also holds PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (http://PMI.ORG) Mr. Riyaz Ladkhan, Chief Operating Officer (COO) GCOM Software, Inc. has 13+ years of experience in the IT industry, Excellent Exposure to Programming with Microsoft and Enterprise content managment Technologies. Mr. Ladkhan has implemented Distributed Client server and enterprise level applications using Visual Basic, ASP, Access, MS SQL Server, ORACLE and Microsoft.NET technologies. Mr. Ladkhan is also leading Enterprise content management practice for GCOM using IBM Filenet P8 4.0 Mr. Ladkhan has excellent exposure in Analysis, Database administration, project costing, resources training and Project management. Mr. Riyaz has proven track record in handling large projects. Projects under his guidance have always been completed on-time and within budget. Mr. Abid Bargeer, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) GCOM Software Inc., has more than 15+ years experience in designing and implementing the distributed (client server and web) systems using Java/J2EE technologies and has a strong delivery record. In past few years, Mr. Bargeer has architected the systems for various New York State agencies using Java/J2EE, Curam & WebSphere technologies. Mr. Bargeer has also worked with product companies to reengineer their products from legacy technologies (C, Unix) to new technologies (Web based J2EE). Mr. Bargeer has a strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML/XSLT, UML, design patterns and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Mr. Sunil Bhatia, Vice President (VP), Information Systems, GCOM Software Inc., has more than 14 years of experience in cross-functional areas, including IT Project Management, IT Infrastructure Management, Technology Administration, ERP Development, Software Implementation, Systems Integration, Business Analysis, documentation, Systems Architecture, and Platform Migration. He has implemented PeopleSoft ERP, and data warehouses for major clients such as NBC Universal, MVP Healthcare, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Bhatia has technical expertise in Oracle, PeopleSoft, data warehousing, Solaris, UNIX based high end systems, and High availability systems.
