Service Scope:
• Leads design reviews to assess performance against design specifications, test reliability, and evaluate system interactions.
• Assesses complex technical challenges, and provide simple software solutions for Web/ Desktop and Mobile applications.
• Documents and communicates technical solutions to meet company and industry quality standards
• Serve as the technical architect on new products and technologies
• Analyzes the impact of process or technical tool changes on existing processes, tools, and interfaces based on knowledge of interdependencies of related functions and systems
• This project uses waterfall methodology

Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and experience with the following tools/technologies:
• Operating Systems: Experience in configuring/navigating Windows Servers, specifically IIS
• Programming:
o WPF,WCF,.Net 4.5,Visual Studio 2015,2017
o C#/VB .NET
o PowerShell
o HTML/JavaScript/CSS
o Team Foundation Server 2012 or 2016 (TFS)

• Ability to understand project objectives, requirement, associated business process, IT strategies of customer
• Ability to visualize holistic view, forward-thinking while providing appropriate solution and architecture
• Ability to decide on the technology decisions for a project (POC, Design approach, etc)
• Ability to assess current customer investment, process, architecture
• Experience / Awareness of Best practices (Architect, design, etc), Grip of technology trends, UML, Design Patterns and various SDLC methodologies
• Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being solely responsible for the success of software development projects.
• Ability to think on your feet, present multiple solution options, and drive defect free products.
• Proven record interpreting and fulfilling requirements by developing high performing, scalable and maintainable solutions with multiple technologies and vendors.

Desired Skills:
• Prior experience on a government project
