Service Scope:
The Business/Data Analyst is responsible for the analysis of business processes and data sets to define the future state business process and supporting data needed to achieve the business objectives. Will work with the client to identify requirements and develop key deliverables, including the BRD, FRD, Test Plans/Cases and other project-related artifacts. Will provide business data interpretation and help to produce ad hoc data and reports.

Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related degree
• At least 5 years of experience working in projects of similar scope and complexity
• At least 2 years of experience developing Dashboards and BI solutions with Tableau and SQL
• Experience in design and implementation of at least two (2) Data Warehouse and Analytics Platform that integrates data from multiple data sources and systems
• Demonstrated experience consulting with project stakeholders/process owners to extract and analyze requirements and manage their development and
implementation through entire project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience creating/drafting Use Cases, Test Cases and Scripts, Traceability Matrix, Work and Data Flow diagrams.
• Demonstrated experience developing training material and providing end-user training
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Support the development of the project plan.
• Participate in user testing and evaluate user testing for approval before promotion of enhancements/modifications to a production environment.
• Reports status of assignments to management on a regular basis.
• Excellent negotiating, analytical, group facilitation, communication, and relationship management.
• Must be organized, a self-starter and must have ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:
o Current Project Management Institute Certification (PMP-PBA) or IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) CBAP
o Experience with Project management tools like JIRA, ALM, Project and other Microsoft Office tools including VISIO and PowerPoint
o Experience in a Data Science Role a plus
o Experience as a project manager or project coordinator a plus
o Experience working with GIS datasets a plus
o Knowledge of the following a plus: o Python, R, Power BI, Qlikview, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Dynamics CRM, Oracle 12g, OBIEE, ACCELA, ArcGIS,
