Service Scope:
 Perform Installation, Maintenance, Configuration and monitoring of middleware products within the IES Platform such as Application Servers, Portal Servers, Case Management, Business Process Manager, Business Rules Engine & API Management Products.
 Build high quality API/Integration/Middleware platforms that are highly available and scalable
 Actively participate in troubleshooting for any technical issues. Perform upgrades and patching to various foundational systems & middleware components.
 Perform and configure Manual & Automated deployments of enterprise applications & configuration files.
 Participate and provide inputs towards capacity planning on compute.
 Create and maintain documentation for all major installations and implementations.
 Explore, actively support and work on new technology initiatives that may be of interest to the organization.
 Provide technical support for IES Program utilizing ITIL-compliant methodologies for the development and delivery of IES Platforms services and solutions.
 Other duties as assigned

Mandatory Skills:
 More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
 More than (7) years of experience in systems administration. Experience must include working with the installation, configuration and support of Middleware products like application servers, portal servers, business rules engine, messaging and API management products
 More than (3) years of experience in Devops and Microservices deployment using container technologies like kubernates, docker or openshift.

Desired Skills:
 Five or more years of experience with the installation, configuration and administration of Mulesoft Anypoint platform
 Experience in developing large-scale integration and API solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
 Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery practices and automation tools (e.g., GitHub/Jenkins/Artifcatory/U-Deploy etc)
 Three or more years of experience with the installation, configuration and administration of IBM Operation Decision Manager and Business Process Manager
 Three or more years of experience with the installation, configuration and administration of IBM Case Manager
 Strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, Service Mediation/ESB, Digital certificates, Messaging, etc.
 Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, OpenShift or similar container technologies is desirable
 Experience with Development skills/tools: Java/JEE, Unix Shell Scripting, Maven, Jython/Python, .Net, Powershell
 Experience in application performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or similar products.
 Experience with Health & Human services applications
