Scheduled Work Hours:
Full Time - 9 to 5 - 40hrs/wk

Service Scope:
The hours for this position will vary as our Help Desk hours are from 8am-8pm EST. Shifts can range from 8am-4:30pm to 11:30am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, including a ½ hour lunch break during the work day. The position will require flexibility to work any given shift, day or evening until 8pm. The schedule will be setup in combination with other team members and will likely be on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Assigned shift will include 40 hours per week.

Mandatory Skills:
• Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
• Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
• Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Excellent written/verbal skills with the ability to interpret and author well-formed documents and successfully communicate solutions/issues with teammates.

Minimum years of experience desired: 3 years

Desired Skills:
ITIL Foundation or similar certification
