Voyatek’s BPM Portal Named a 2023 G2Xchange Disruptive Tech Program Winner

Voyatek’s BPM Portal has been named a 2023 Disruptive Tech Program Award Winner. This award recognizes Federal and DoD IT leaders and programs that are taking calculated risks and positively disrupting the Federal market.

Voyatek’s Business Process Management (BPM) Portal has transformed the operational support systems within two U.S. Treasury programs: the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI).  Replacing antiquated paper-based standard operating procedures, the BPM Portal has significantly streamlined workflows and decision-making, allowing Treasury program employees to be more productive, collaborative, and efficient while enabling new employees and contractors to quickly integrate into program operations.

Over the past 18 months, the BPM Portal enabled the Treasury SSBCI program to expeditiously distribute over $7 billion of the $10 billion in program funds authorized under the American Rescue Plan Act, enacted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The BPM Portal helped orchestrate over 900 process workflows, leading to increased collaboration by more than 75 system users in nearly a dozen organizational units across the Treasury. Within Treasury TARP where the BPM Portal was implemented four years ago, the BPM Portal has bolstered the program’s 14 consecutive years of unmodified external auditor opinions on internal controls and integrity of the financial statements within annual agency financial reports.
